HDMI output resolution is not related to "channels" resolution.

Unable to get 4k output from my Z8 Pro
Good afternoon,
I'm struggling with my Z8 Pro.
I have a brand new 2021 LED TV, that supports 4K and HDR.
Using HDMI 2.0 leads direct between my amp and my TV.
My amp supports 4K pass through fine.
Every single channel I choose in UHD I only get 1080i picture.
I've set the video options to output in 4k 60Hz.
But still I'm only getting 1080i.
Can anyone shed any light on this issue?
Updated to the latest software versions after a factory reset a few days ago. I can provide the version info if required.

Getting exact same issue here. I know my TV is fine as I have a CC in house and 4k channels work on that on all TVs in house but when the Z8 Pro plugged in I just only get the standard.
Is there any fix for this?
