I have 3 android formuler boxes (1x-Z8-PRO, 1x-Z10PROMAX, 1x-Z11ProMAX) so 3 BTV-IR1 remote controls.
And the one that doesn't work is the one I had with the Z11, the only one that says it's a Formuler v3.

I tried the OK button with the zero button or the OK button and the menu button (3 bars button) and nothing happens.

Other suggestions maybe.

Sorry I already tried it but it doesn't change anything.

I noticed that on my two remote controls that work when I click on any button the light is white while the one that doesn't work the light is red. As if it was stuck in the function to configure the TV.

Is there a manipulation to remedy this.

I just bought a new Z11-PRO MAX from a friend and with it I have a GTV-IR1 v3 remote control
I can't get it to work on any of my 3 Formuler boxes (Z8-Z10-Z11)
If I use one of the other two GTV-IR1s that I have it works everywhere.
So I guess it's the remote control that's the problem.
I noticed that on the two that work when I click on any button the light is white while the one that doesn't work the light is red.
So I was wondering if you wouldn't have any idea what's wrong with this remote control.
I checked a bit on the net but I didn't find a solution.
It says that to reset the remote control you have to click the OK & MENU button at the same time but I can't find the menu button. I tried different buttons without any positive result.
I saw on the forum to check with a camera to see if I could see the infrared light. On the remote controls that work I see a pink circle when I click on a button and on the one that does not work I see red signs but not clear. So is it because it would have remained in TV pairing function if yes how to change that.

I too have a problem with a remote that the Z10 Pro Max doesn't seem to support.

On the remote control it says Formuler 02F9 at the bottom. I don't know if it's the Harmonie model!

It works great with the Z8 Pro.

However when I go to the menu for the remote controls on the Z10 it appears in the choices there are 4, the (GTV-BT1 the one with google), the (GTV-Ir1 the one I received with the Box), (the third is the one I'm talking about), and the fourth I don't know). I'm not sure if it's the third or fourth that has Legacy's name in the photo. See the print screen that I have attached.
