ok, it's getting heavy now, factory reset and re input of my handy 7000 digit M3u URL and I get the above error message, my M3u URL is still working fine in my TV app so I don't think it can be that. I'm starting to think what we did with the static earlier needs assessing?

I hope your sub is not still active in other iptv smaters app (guess you used same sub url).

    Error 11 m3u URL invalid/incorrect Playlist

well the smarters stopped working too, my sub are blaming my ISP but i've requested a new m3u, another factory reset on the Z8 underway. ho hum. cheers for your time, much appreciated.

ok, so everything has been fine all week, daytime and evening and here we are on Friday evening with the same thing happening, it seems to be skipping a pack of visual data. freezing and when the sound catches up the screen starts to move again.

Test some other Provider and trial 24h, seems your provider have recourse issue if this happen on weekend where many people watch tv.

cheers for your time, I'm on it. i'm starting to lose the will though as the amount of time I've wasted trying to sort this out is getting ridiculous. i'm sure my provider is fed up of me too.

If I were you I would try another iptv player, for example Tivimate. That way I could rule out if the problem is related to Mytvonline2. If the problem persists you should think about a problem related to the m3u Portal you have. I have Tivimate installed on my Formuler for that reason.

    brilliant. thankyou.

I cant be sure but, often when connecting a community like yours they use copperwiring between houses and the street cabinet. As everyone knows, coppercable is susceptible for interference and cable problems.

Have you checked internet speed at evening hours when most people uses the internet?

thankyou for your post, we are lucky in the fact we have Fibre straight in to the router, 1000mbps on ethernet, registers around 900 in speed tests, wifi obviously is less but usually runs around 350-400 mbps. with no drop at evenings or weekends. i'm still not convinced my isp is not the fault though. i'll keep digging. thanks again for your time.

Factory reset your set-top box and it will work fine, no need to use a vpn

thanks for your help, unfortunately, the factory reset of the box hasn't changed anything, the same issues are still happening. i have tried inputting my handy 7000 digit M3u URL as both portal and playlist and both have the same issues. sigh.

edit: i did set the buffer to 10 seconds. no improvement.

hi guys, I'm back, Sunday, well moving the buffering to 10 seconds worked but only temporarily. now the stutter in the sound has gone but I'm still getting a jump in the screen, the screen jumps and locks up and the sound runs, when the sound catches back up with the screen it carries on as normal until it does it again shortly afterward, from what little I understand I think it seems to me that my screen jumps a packet and has to wait for the sound packet to catch up if that makes any sense.

it's pretty much every single channel, I don't have a VPN, I'm starting to think this could be the problem as I have exactly the same setup as my dads and his speed is like 30mbps compared to my 1000mbps and his plays no problem on the same 3Mu list.

any pointer would be gratefully received , thankyou.

please go easy on me, i'm new here and my heads about melted already.

purchased a Z8 after advice and research and loaded Mytvonline and M3u list and it's all worked perfectly for 2 weeks but yesterday developed a stutter, I've searched and tried everything that I understand, all cables changed and all devices reset but no better, 2 days of NFL on stuttermode has left me a shell of my former self.

    • Model: Z8
    • Retail Box or Provider Box: online
    • Firmware version: latest available
    • MYTVOnline 1 / MYTVOnline 2 version: 2

    • Connection with provider: M3u
    • Box connected with: 1gb ethernet
    • Did you factory reset your device? and when?: today
    • Picture url (only https):
    • Video download url (only https):
    • What issue(s) are you having? Stuttering that starts short and gets worse
    • What was you expecting to happen? smooth streaming for first two weeks to continue
    • What happened instead? the stutter seems to be the screen jumping forward and the audio catching
    • How can we reproduce the issue you are having? no idea
    • What have you tried if anything to rectify the issue? changed all cables, switched from ethernet to wifi, rebooted tv,router and Z8 unit. swore at it.

I'm just trying to find out how to adjust the AFR? see if that works any magic but any pointers would be great before I have a total breakdown, thankyou in advance.

    peace out.
