They show on my Ipad but not on my TV

Hello, when I go to VOD almost everything work but when I go to see the Photos of the Cast it only shows me the names. This happens to all the movies

I am having problems with my Z10Pro, when I am watching TV, Video,Series it shuts down no streaming, ( please call your SP, "please try again later"usually it comes back after any hour or so, my IPTV supplier tells me that it is not happening to other clients he suggested to call my ISP but they confirmed that I have 300mbps which is more than sufficient. Usually it happens in the evening could my UN and PW was hacked?

Any help is appreciated.

D/loaded the app on IPad and IPhone 15.

The URL for server was accepted on IPAd but not on iPhone 15?
Firstly I tried on the 15 which was not accepted later I tried the same URl on IPad worked

My android mobile Redmi A2 with Android 12 , the app for mytvonline+ downloaded ( Aloys Inc)but when I tried to open it it is giving me a message that it is not compatible?

Pls help. This is the only app with for MYTVonline+ ON GP.

When watching Movies or Series Z+Neo crashes. Live TV is fine it only happens on Movies and series.

Recently when I am watching VOD I hear a buzzing noise then some buffering, the movie stops and throws me out to the server and the front page. Any idea what is causing this? I am not using MY TV ON LINE
