How is it going offtopic if me and other customers are saying the update is horribly buggy, and listing workarounds for it??
It's so buggy that your €159 euro device becomes UNUSABLE unless you spend HOURS trying workaround and fixes by yourself, without any technical reply from STAFF unless you specifically ask for it, and you get a lippy answer?
Yeah you should, or at least give some info that it is being looked into or an ETA for working update

I fixed the problem by uninstalling mytvonline in Market app and reinstalling it
Indeed, i tried IP Smarters for the Market, that runs ''fine'' (i dont like the app itself, its quality is bad) but at least it works
Edit: i actually purchased the z10promax also for the mytvonline app, i loved it when using it at a friend's box, dont these updates get tested??

Nope exactly the same, its the update that screwed it it was working fine. Its like watching live TV on 3 fps or something its unwatcahble. AFR on/off doesnt matter at all
After update, live TV has continious stuttering video on ALL channels, completely unwatchable. Going to factory reset (yet again.....)
Noone else with t he same looping problem?
Right from the fresh hard reset and firmware update it does the loop thing again, see above. Changed HDMI cables, same. Is this RMA?

Did hard reset, switched to beta firmware. Removed IR extender, that seems to have fixed that laggyness
Now lets hope the looping won't come back. Is it just my box or has that been reported before?
Ok i unplugged the IR and wanted to test, but now the box is looping again....
No way to click anything. I have no extra apps installed except the factory default ones.
Last time it did this i had to hard reset it, but it will just happen again as we can see
What to do? Maybe beta firmware?

I notice that sometimes the box isnt responding well to the remote; you can see the little white light on the box registering the remote movement, but nothing happens.
This happens also in the mytv app when browsing through channels, but also in normal menus. It's only started to happen recently; before the last update (i think) it was fine.
I changed batteries on the remote, also reset box to factory but the problems remains even with fresh install.
I think this started happening after i reset the box; the screen on the homescreen kept flashing, looping and i couldnt do anything but hard reset it.
