Turn all your equipment off, connect all cables and turn them on in the order the signal travel to your tv.
That didn’t help.

Sorry my guy but I think you got a bad cable.
If Router > Z10 pro is working, then its not the z10.
Is anything else working past your switch?
Is your switch a "smart" or dumb switch?And lastly, have you tried a different set of cables?
Everything works fine past the switch.
It’s a D-Link DGS 1100-08.
Bought new cables today and that didn’t help.

I just bought a Z10 Pro which doesn’t recognize my ethernet cable. These are the results from my different setups, all using the same equipment and cables:
Router > switch > Z10 Pro: not working
Router > switch > Z Alpha: working
Router > Z10 Pro: working
Any ideas?
