Hi,

Last week most of my channels diseper, I push my provider to fix it. They send my new portal detail but still only few works. They're sending me screen that on they side everything is ok. My channels doesn't work but I can play time shift event 10 minutes back and program recorded works. I don't know what is happened. Any help,please ?

Thank you. Works!! My internet is a problem. Wifi is not good. Indeed to connect with a wire.

Hi,

I have a problem with my Nano Z device. After update nothing works. When I try to open android I'm getting screen with:

Official Software

software update 0

Update Info Error

Firmware Info Error (network)(-1)

IPTV Info Error (network)(-1)

I tried to do factory reset, but after is the same message. Please help.
