This can be coincidence, updates are not always the issue for new problems!
I Tried:
reset factory defaults
restart modem
turn off Firewall
with VPN
.... NOT WORK 
Then Try Smart STB
woooohhh it works!!!
So impossible not to be from the update!

before the update works fine internet home Wireless/Ethernet
after update no work, only from my cell phone

Before the update everything ok, after my tv 2 no longer connects, by fixed internet but youtube works.
Internet sharing by phone works fine
Internet limited to 10gb per month, can't stay like this for long
