Tried everything to fix the problem but no luck. It’s a strange one as my other headphones work OK on the box and the Sony ones worked OK on the z8 and still work on my PC. Anyone have other suggestions as to what the problem can be?

I’ve just purchased a z10 pro max after using a z8 for a few years. At first it was very unstable and buggy but since the firmware updates it is now excellent but for one fault. My Sony headphones connect OK by Bluetooth but the sound is just a distorted mess. I also have B&O headphones are they work fine.
Anyone else having problems? The model is the Sony WH-1000XM3, they used to work fine with the z8.
