I solved this problem , creating a custom mac address from portal option last option custom mac , this new mac address generated working perfectly after provider active it in the panel

Hello guys , recently i have purchased z10 pro max ,after a week working good suddenly I get error code 7 showing in mol2 when want to connect to portal at 10%.

I tried the next things

-hard reset

-contact with portal suplier everything ok

-change isp provide

-change portal url

-alternate mac address on MOL2

I tried all this option and still error 7

Youtube and other all apps are working I tried to get update for z10 pro max and for mol2 and all is up to date.

Portal suplier told me to make a test with stb emulator pro APK , I installed on the formuler and is working .

What's wrong with MOL2 apps?

How I can fix?

Please help
