    Hi there I dropped my box on the ground when putting in my bag. Since then the receiver won't boot up. It is stuck on the logo screen. I have tried to reset with button on back and have done factory reset and same thing. I tried even to clear the cache then do factory reset and same thing. Is their a way to update software on it through the SD card . Or if anyone know any other way would be appreciated.

    Hi there have a friend of mine who is running a Formuler Z10 he was using Cogeco and ran no problem. He recently switched to Rogers and using a Nokia FastMile 5G Gateway 3.2 router. Since switching over he gets lots of freezing stuttering and buffering. We have done a factory reset tried another provider but the same. Brought the box to a friends that is running Bell and no problems. Any ideas what is causing this and how to get around it. I did a speedtest using Fast from the box and shows 8.6 does this mean they are throttling the video. We put Youtube on and played something and it was fine.

    k found out I had to set up portal then change the mac id in the advanced settings so had to change the first part to

    00:1A:79 leave the last part then hit save. That did the trick. contacted my supplier of Formuler box and he told me what to do. I was lost for a bit but all good. So if anyone else needs this info they will know what to do.

    Hi there okay just picked up a Formuler Z11 Pro and notice that the Mac ID is different it does start with the

    00:1A:79 instead

    00:1E:B8

    So when setting it up it is okay to use this . Just want to make sure before I set it up

    I notice that my Formuler Z10 Pro Max connects good and will be watching tv then it will disconnect often no matter if watching live tv or a tv series or VOD. I have all the updates and not sure why this happens. I will be on my laptop and doesn't disconnect still works . Wondering if anyone has or had this problem and if so what did they do to fix the problem.

    Hi there curious if anyone else is having problems with their Formuler Z10 Pro Max, My box seems to loose connection pretty often and searches for network however can be using laptop no problem so know it is internet problem. I have taken all the updates for this box. I am in a basement and my router is only about 15 feet from my tv.
