I keep getting Timeshift Error when watching catch up on a number on channels. Is this my issue or settings? Provider saying all working fine. Thanks

I have 2 IPTV providers and added both bit cannot see how to switch between them. They are both there in the Content Manager area but cannot see how I move from one to the other. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks
