Yes hard reset en provider are ok. On z11 pro max the live tv freeze and nothing happens then I zapp to another channel en done, but my z12 is restarts complete.. there are more People here with same problem...

EPG is working fine now on portal based. But the problem is the provider. 4K-OTT has a lot of problem with EPG information.

Now on this time they have problem with EPG information. I contacted them. The answer was 'we working on it '

Unfortunately today the EPG is Show no information on some channels.. maybe is problem from the provider will test more

Merry Christmas.

After installing the beta version my epg info was immediately there after update the last beta version. I am using stalker portal. Now I will test it for more days.

Seems to work better this beta version with EPG on stalker portal. I have set my date and Time on Auto by network. For now it works great thank you

No EPG information after renew install of my iptv provider the EPG is there but after a couple of days it shows no information.

After update lot of clitsches on the tv channels... Not smooth looking... Maybe it's a moment... But is was on all of the channels... Tomorrow I test again 😄

Beta uupdate solved issues with limited channels on Adult (xxx) now I can see all channels instead 14 only

It only shows 14 aduLt channels. On my smart STB app I can watch 113

This is a bug on z11 the z10 hasn't no issues with adult only XXX

Only 11 channels on 'adult only (XXX)'

I have 2 provider and both have the same problem.
