When I turn the MOL3 it starts streaming the last channel I was watching but then If I try to change to another channel it gets all black no sound no image and does let me do anything else, the box gets completely freeze.
Does not show any error message and I am using MAC/ID protocol
hi SAM I've already done FR with new update and reinstalled MOL3 and the issue still happening.

I have installed the new firmware and the issue that I was having when trying to turn the device on after had been used before it seems sorted. Now even if I do Power off the device then turn on without a problem.
The only thing that seems not been sorted is the app myTV online, all the time when I am using the first time it shows one live channel and then it get all black and I am not able to do anything. The device seem jammed. I have to unplug the power and plug it back to be able to use the device.
Thank you for your quickly reply and help. I can wait until the realise of new firmware to sort this issues out. Apart from that I am impressed with the box the performance is really good.

I bought a my first ever Formuler week ago. The model is the Z11 Pro Max and I am having two issues.
One is after been using the box and switched it off when I am going to turn the box on again it does not turn on the light keeps red and the only way to turn on s unplug the power and plug back again.
The other issue is on MyTv Online 3 when running the app when I am changing channel the display it gets all black and I cannot do anything even skip from the app. I have tried all the bottoms and nothing happend and again I have to unplug the power and plug to be able to use the box again.
I have done the updates, I have also done factory reset and re-install the MyTv app but the issues still happening.
Is anyone where had the same issues and find any solution?
