Hi all, I brought my Z mini player on holiday without the original power cable, I brought instead a apple usb-c cable as it’s a bit longer than the original, however I never tested before I left home 😡and now it doesn’t work when I add to the TV (says no power to the source), can someone advise what power cable will work with a Z mini?. Tks
Same as Akita , I have the latest update for Z11 pro max, intermittently the picture freezes during live broadcasting then if I change the channel and jump back to the same channel it works again.
sherlock07 I just tried both issues from your update and they both work fine for me, I have z11 pro max.
All I do is to disable the content, I don’t deactivate the content portal as I don’t re-enter url, username/password or MAC address etc.
It seams strange that the favourite channels are not affected or the pinned groups, just the pinned group sort order when disabled/enable.
As a user this seams to be a defect but if not and is working as designed, can this be added as a new feature?
Hi, I’v started to use sorted Pinned Groups recently and they work perfectly until I disable the service and enable it again, then the group sort order is reverted to the original order, not the order which I configured.The groups are still pinned though and the channels I selected as favourites work as well.
Should sorted pinned groups still be sorted after disabling/enabling a service?
Not sure about what signal bar shows at the time of the issue, I will change buffer settings to ‘Long’ and will monitor both, I’ve also upgraded to the latest Beta version. I will write back here with my findings, tks SAM 👍
22mbps is not enough bandwidth for 4K IPTV, you’d need at least 60mbps to watch 4K IPTV without buffering on any device

I have a strange issue where I see a buffering signal on the screen but live TV continues. I took a quick video to demonstrate. If I switch the channel it goes away. Any idea what/why this is happening?
Latest MOL3 version, I have a wired connection and VPN
I’ve been using NordVPN for a number of years, initially I had the same teething problems but after setting a static IP address, setting the protocol in NordVPN to OpenVPN (UDP) and disabled IPv6 in Z11 network settings, I haven’t had any issues.
I’ve also installed an app called TECHDOCTORUK cache cleaner, I clear the app cache before using, prior to installing, I just cleared the app cache manually, I think this is important for better viewing experience
I have a VPN enabled on all 3 Formuler devices that I own, over the years I have tried many paid VPN’s. In my experience I have found that NordVPN to be the best with TorGuard to be a close second.
Just a quick update, I’ve not seen the UnexpectedLoaderException error again after doing the factory reset, I think we can close this thread.

After doing a factory reset I’ve not seen the UnexpectedLoaderException error at all, it looks as if the error is resolved after resetting, thanks Sam for advice 👍

I’m getting an intermittent error ‘An error occurred: UnexpectedLoaderException’, the strange thing is that the message just appears but does not cause any streaming interruption, the only way to remove the message is to change channel.
The error first appeared when I installed the last beta release and now again with today’s official release. I have 2 z11 Pro Max devices and this error occurs on both.
Any idea, howto solve?
NordVPN or TorGuard in my opinion, I’ve tried CyberGhost, PIA, ExpressVPN and Surfshark but I had a few buffering issues on IPTV when these were enabled.
If I had to pick, NordVPN would be my choice, I don’t have any buffering at all when enabled although TorGuard is a close second

Where do I exactly find those setting?. If I go to Formuler>settings>Apps>NordVPN, I can see notifications are enabled.
Where do I find option ‘allow all for the vpn client.’?
When NordVPN is enabled on both of my Z11 Pro Max devices(latest version), I do not see the VPN key on the top right of the TV screen, however when I enable TorGuard VPN I can see the VPN key, anyone any idea why the key is not visible when NordVPN is enabled?
