TiviMate is the only app installed on my Z11!
I get every error code and all of the network error messages that you associate solely with MOL3, yet, my Shield Pro and Dune Homatics Box R 4K plus have no issues with the same provider running Tivimate, therefore, it’s clearly not a MOL3 issue, it’s a Z11 issue!
Why on earth did you buy Z11? For tivimate? 
404 issues are normally solved by refreshing contents and i must repeat "normally" and it also happens with other iptv apps. Problem is the network errors when i know the channel is OK because it's ok in another box, i have them running at the same time and yes i have multi-connections before you ask. Testing it on the same network and on nvidia shield + tivimate channel works without breaks and errors, on Z11 and mytv i get network errors and the channel won't come back for hours or it can comeback right away...it's a mess...
I would ask your provider to make porn categories LOL
Every time mytvonline3 starts it doesn't refresh, it updates EPG, refresh happens only if you set a daily time and/or do it manually, at least for me...

I had the same problem with both nordvpn and surfshark and went to settings -> apps -> special app access -> energy optimization and disabled it for nordvpn/surfshark. While there i've noticed that MOL3 has it disabled and it must be for a reason...
For 24/7 use it's better to disable energy optimizations i guess...I think if you're streaming, energy optimization will never come into play, it can happen when you're watching VOD with cache already done and no traffic is being done. then the system could probably stop vpn app to save energy.
But then again, other services or apps should have energy optimization disabled because they can affect MOL3 or VPN if stopped to save energy...
I think most of MOL3 random issues are Android ROM related but devs have no knowledge to know what settings are affecting which app because they are using a code already done, even knowing it's open source and they can change the code at will...
My EPG is fine, although some replays still happening... Network errors pending tonight, will see...
PS: I will record a news channel to send to formuler devs as all my recordings are live matches and i'm not entirely comfortable to send it cause you know...,
Correction: Not the box, more like MOL3. Tivimate on Z11 works fine without replays, but i understand the confusion as no one buys formuler for tivimate or other apps...
It's not the server, same channel that gives network error works on other iptv players, meaning on those players there is no network error.
To me it seems to be iptv blocking. Sometimes, some iptv player + vpn combination can bypass this blocks, but with MOL3 you have to change vpn country a lot. It's a pain in the arss...
And it's not iptv server blocking vpn, they're testing something new and it blocks some premium channels starting at 8PM until 00AM on several countries like Netherlands Belgium, mostly EU countries. if you change to a third world country problem solved...Then you have to deal with huge ms, but anyways...
It happens on some channels more than others...
Tbh i can always find a channel from what my provider gives me (always 2/3 channels for the same channel), so at least one is always working without issues, this when this 5 second replay happens, not talking about network errors or mediacoecsexceptions...

Think. If you have a usb connection, well 2xUSB what can you connect to Z11 that will let you stop the system shutdown message?
Then enable HDMI CEC if your TV has it and buy or try to ask for a new remote, 1 month old it's easy to ask for a new remote, contact reseller...or buy BTremote
hmmm then I can knock it off outside the Epg which does not have every channel I hardly experience any problems and if something fails it is solved by the server and usually within a few hours I have not experienced any failures for the last 2 months
Yes, most provider servers are to blame for this errors, they change the delivery codec weekly, they test, they are attacked, severe attacks now by anti-piracy police. Problem is other iptv apps can or are ready for this changes. Codec wise if your decoding codecs are well established and if your Android firmware is well polished (see what i did there?) i think it will solve most problems.
For example, if you could use MOL3 on nvidia shield i'm sure most of this mediacodecsexception and network errors would never happen, but thats just me speculating. I think MOL3 is an amazing app and the problem here is formuler devs are not doing enough to cope with MOL3 needs and tbh it's not entirely their fault as this is a new unkown SOC and GPU and there isn't too much knowledge to take advantage of it's capabilities and i don't think it's going to happen in the next months or so, maybe next year. New Hardware is amazing and stuff, but the firmwares of other similar android boxes with realtek SOC that brings this new gpu are not much better...
I have been following this thread and also contributed my own notion that something must be up with MOL3 and NordVPN. Today I discovered while accessing my Stream via iPhone with NordVPN up and running, a connection error occurred until I disconnected NordVPN and everything came back instantly.
Not only Nordvpn, surfshark here... And channels are fine with surfshark + tivimate + nvidia shield -.- It's MOL3 alone, let them figure it out. It starts around 8PM and it only affects some channels.
And another funny stuff is channels with network error and black screen in live, we can access catch-up on that channel and recording works...Meaning if you book recording for that channel it will record the real thing, altough it gives network error on live. Catch-up from 2 hours ago or yesterday works on that channel. Weird stuff!!!

Well, some network errors are done when provider, vpn or even "vpn isp" block the API used by MOL3. It happened with tivimate in the past, but was solved by changing API inside portal settings in tivimate to whatever you wish. MOL3 maybe need this, it already has somekind of editing stuff going around, meaning you can change from default to custom 1 and 2, but not sure if you can change it to "STOP BLOCKING LIVE CHANNELS AT 8PM" or something similar...lol
Again like clockwork, some channels go "network error" at 8PM and lasts until 0AM...I have no issues on tivimate, iptv smarters, even kodi, same channel works on those apps at 8PM, but not on MOL3...Maybe API problem?
I just downloaded Kodi and holy shit the subtitles are so much better. I guess i just have to get used to no ”resume” feature..

I kinda rather not as the ”stop/resume” feature won’t work. Had i known the subtitles would be this bad on formuler i would probably have looked for another box.
No, if i want to see 2:35 movies or shows from my provider i use Kodi as external player on nvidia shield because is more stable and faster even knowing the realtek SOC has better image quality to my eyes...Another problem on formuler Z11 is the lack of audio support and audio codecs are old and need a boost...
Have you found any success with a different player? It’s kind of bad that some movies are pretty much not worth watching thanks to such a weird problem i’ve never encountered before this box
Kodi as it's own subtitle settings, stremio also, plex, etc, almost every major player has an option to put subtitles below video on 2:35 movies...At least subtitles are okeish on movies and tv series with full 16:9 aspect ratio or 1:85.
This is a non issue for formuler devs, apparently they don't use subtitles in germany, they prefer dubbing, so this is what you get, because if they really wanted to put subtitles below like it should be they would have done it already as it's just a line of code ffs...
They just need to google it, copy paste and done, so much work...

Yes, Android 11 is devil, but nvidia shield devs found a way...either their way or root. Android 12 is also fucked up but they unlocked those files and folders in adb, so with adb you can copy and move everything to data folder in Android 12...

You can't because Android 11 has some weird file permissions off by default and you can only enable them if the android firmware has some kind of file explorer application by default that can unlock those file permissions...
You really need to connect your usb HDD to a computer to unlock those files, then join .ts files with ffmpeg ( google it ) and put the joined file in a new folder and share it over lan.
Now, you say lan is 1GB right, so that means you have probably a computer somewhere on your LAN? If yes, why don't you record directly to an HDD folder in your main computer, then share it over lan...
I have it recording to a windows share over lan, but it can be nvidia shield for example, connecting a usb hdd to nvidia shield and then share it over lan, then in formuler just add new storage -> nvidia shield and you can record to nvidia shield usb hdd and it will be visible as nvidia shield doesn't have permission problems...I say nvidia shield but it can be any other android box or even TV that doesn't have those Android 11 file permission issues...
For now you just need to be creative...
Could it be that the server is overloaded?
That was my first thought, but as i have my shield at hand with tivimate ready and no errors on the same channel...same vpn, same server, same stalker (not sure because on tivimate some fields are different).
Probably on tivimate the network errors happen, but you probably won't notice them because app is different, maybe MOL3 only opens a channel when it sees the channel is stable, tivimate opens everything, tivimate or ott, iptv smarters, etc...
And server can be overloaded, but if it's overloaded it should be on every channel, not only on some channels...

Yes, MOL3 recordings are done to be only compatible with MOL3, i'm not sure Kodi will open the files, even the .m3u8 file that is in the android recording folder inside hdd. So, you either connect your usb hdd to a computer and do the work, meaning, join files with ffpmpeg or whatever and get a mkv file of the entire recording or just record directly through LAN to a shared hdd in windows, then recording files are already there and do the join... Use your imagination!!
And don't tell me you don't know how to do it because there is thousands of youtube videos and tutorials in forums explaining how to do this stuff, instead tell me you're lazy and bought this box so everything is done for you...
Tbh i used to try to record with several other iptv players like tivimate and i find MOL3 much better, recordings are done without errors, recorded 7 matches this weekend and 6 of them were 100% free or errors, only one was fucked up because channel was with network error. That's what's needs to be solved, this random network errors that only happen on MOL3, meaning tivimate on other boxes are fine, same vpn though!! So this is a formuler or MOL3 issue...
And this network errors are completly weird, they come up in a channel, then you change to another and return to the same and it works again, other times when you're in the channel giving network error if you go to the catch-up menu you can see everything , even the live event, so portal is ok, server is ok, MOL3 is bugged!!
Where to see the recordings on HDD. I can't see anything in KODI. are the hide on HDD
You need a computer with Windows/linux/Mac to join all the .ts files in one file and then put it in your library and you can watch it trough kodi, plex or whatever...
Recording is fine on my end... I can change viewing channels at will and recording still get's to the end without issues...
But in hdd folder it's a party of files, almost 78 recording files for a recording, most of them 20Mb each. It's fine when you watch it on MOL, but i can't join them in one file to put it on my library and watch anywhere i want...
Last night i've got a lot of network errors on both xc and stalker portals, but only on some channels, meaning portal was working fine on some channels and giving network error on other channels... After 00h00 AM things got fine.
I will test it again tonight, but i will change vpn country IP to see if it's related...
It won't work because you need permissions to load certification files aka .ovpn files and at least on my end i was unable to load .ovpn files due to lack of permissions on android 11 by default. Already asked for a solution like on nvidia shield or on android 12 chromecast, but still nothing...
That's why no more Android 11 boxes for me unless they come with root...
Updated and everything seems fine. Did backup anyways, didn't use it as everything seems to be in place. Will test it further in the next days...

I had it before BETA and is more frequent during "heavy traffic" hours...Manual Refreshing of contents helps in my case!!! It's boring to have to do it almost daily but as it's done in background and do not impact the channel you're watching you get used to it...
I think what this box needs is a ROM performance boost all around and many issues will go away.
BETA didn't say it will fix the replay issue...

Well i can think of a few like tivimate, stbemu, ottnav but you need to pay for it and at the end of the day they all have issues, i feel like MOL3 is the best out of all i've tested. Ofc i never tested buzz tv , premium tv or similar pro iptv apps that come with boxes like mol and formuler, but i assume from what i read here and there that MOL3 and formuler are at the top...
For me, the only thing MOL3 doesn't do are minimal stuff like that vertical offset in subtitles positioning and a system audio decoder that can use the real capabilities of realtek SOC, because this SOC is a strong soc, it should be able to/can decode and transcode every audio codec in real time without issues, but where are the android developers to make use of it?
I think in terms of MOL3 everything is working, for me the only thing i feel i need is a way to position the subtitles below video on VOD, vertical offset or something, other than that everything z11 needs is a good android developer to enable all the audio capabilities of this realtek SOC and other features like auto frame rate which needs a bit of adjustment outside MOL3 environment... The devs should at least make an effort for some people to use this box for everything because for now i need nvidia shield + z11 always on and it's summer and i want to save energy. Other than streaming certifications z11 should be able to do everything nvidia shield does and it can't...

I'm not going to say that this update is all pink stars and everything is fine but since i updated (factory reset and MOL3 backup before update) i never had any network error or 404/401 errors, been working almost 24/7 without issues, EPG works like i want, not perfect but it never was before update, it works, but it can be better.
Other than that with some minor fixes this box would be fine for everything, but without a good PCM decoder to make IPTV provider AAC CRAPPY audio sound better and without some minor adjustments on AFR outside MOL3 (kodi, and plex need some adjustments) this is not perfect yet. Either way i know this box already so i probably know how to solve some issues, meaning i can put the box at 1080p 23,976, no problems, UI will be slow but at least movies on plex will play correctly, then switch to 1080p 24HZ for 24fps movies and 1080p 50HZ for 25fps movies, because this box changes the refresh rate correctly but it always change resolution to 4k and most of my movies are FHD.
Regarding the bad audio i found a setting buried in development settings called audio effect and i switched between night mode and comfort, ended up with night mode, but comfort is also fine!!!
PS: The only way to get 1080p 23,976HZ in plex is to go to development settings and in the video settings choose 1080p23, it works!!! Ofc it's not ideal but at least it won't change to 4k23,976HZ which will make formuler box to upscale 1080p movie to 4k and while it can do that without issues i don't think it's needed...ofc on MOL3 it respects resolution, so i can watch a FHD movie at 1080p23HZ or 24HZ without going to 4k resolution...
