My guide will not load. It has been a couple of days since I set it up again, and I thought it would show up after a day or two. I have tried to manually reload the guide as well as a clear guide and reload. Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this?

I just found out my sub is having issues. Will be sitting tight til they get that worked out. Hopefully all will be well soon.

I have done another pin factory reset

I have gotten my updates

i enter my sub. I can see the number of channels. It sure looks like it has connected.

i try to play some channels and I get a 403 error.

Nothing has been changed or added to the Z11

EDIT.... Now I am getting a 502 error

It sure appears to connect to the sub. However, I will re-enter it now to see what happens.

So I did a factory reset using the pin method

Got updates

Enter my sub and it appears to connect.

Nothing, I get a 403 error

I have my Favorites sorted now A-Z. Thanks for the great instructions on how to do this.

Hello, Sam. I actually could not get it on yesterday at all. So, I did a Factory Reset. I had the same problem. Just added my sub and VPN. I do have a sd card installed, should I remove that SAM? Is there any other things I can try?

Can't find the 1st setting but it it set to shutdown. It will boot up fine, it appears. Just can't load and play my IPTV. Nothing has changed since yesterday when I was watching it. Darn thing just isn't working today. I have unplugged it at least a dozen times and today and still nothing.

I have a hard time starting up my Z11. Many if not most of the time it will not connect and start to play. I have to unplug it, wait a few secs. and plug it back in. Sometimes it will work on the 1st try. Most of the time it will not. I have to repeatedly unplug and plug it back in numerous times daily to get it to play. This is a attempt to connect to my IPTV provider. I have also done a factory reset just a few days ago.

Can anyone provide some suggestions on what may be happening here and a fix?

Is there a way to auto sort my favorites channels? I have read where it can be done manually.

I have the bluetooth remote and it works to find lots of things. However, I have not been able to use it to find movies or have it do anything inside of MOL3. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this working to search inside MOL3? Is there something I need to setup for this to work?
