Factory reset done. Updated YouTube and tried again. Does not help.
Any other ideas?

App updated and tried using mobile hotspot from my phone… same issue. YouTube videos have extreme buffering and won’t play.

I don’t have an option of Ethernet connection. So I am stuck.
My TV and other devices are running fine on the same WiFi. So I am thinking that it’s local to Z11 max pro.
Interestingly, YouTube app shows all the videos… same with Amazon VOD and other apps. But none of the videos are playing.

Bump. Anyone has an idea why this could be happening? Could it be an issue with upscaling or something else?

I just bought my first Formuler device Z11 Pro Max yesterday and trying to setup. Even the basic apps like YouTube are not playing videos (although video search is fast). Amazon Video is showing “Something went wrong” error. My WiFi speeds are fast at 200 mbps (tested using Fast.com and Speedtest apps).
TV: Samsung QN90A (4K). YouTube and other Apps (also on WiFi) work just fine on TV's own app.
I haven’t yet setup iptv portal yet.
