Did we ever get a resolution to the above issue.? I too have been having the same issue and it started around the time of the update to myol3 in December. I reset to factory defaults and then found I could not load the m3u, error 1004. I managed to get it to load after trying numerous times (more than 20) but now it does not refresh the content. Prior to December update it refreshed the content automatically. but now it will not even manually. The live TV streams work but they and vod will not refresh. Very frustrating
