Mines seems to have sorted itself, did you pair your tv remote with your box's remote incase it's the volume thats down on tv remote

Well that's odd, the sound just sorted itself. Gremlins alert lol
Spoke too soon, seems to only have corrected itself on some channels (Mostly looking like HD/FHD). Youtube and others still have to be turned up 100% and even thats not loud.

Did you also calibrated the sound on Formuler first , set to 50-60 with Formuler RCU and then on Sonos Soundbar needed loudness.
What's this step?
Install Audioptimizer from Market too and execute once.
Yeas have it and running.

Hey there
Had a quick search and sound on soundbars using these devices seems to be an issue .
Just set one up today and have to put the Sonos to 100% and even then it needs more. The sound settings on the TV are to optical for the Sonos and device settings I've tried surround on/off with restarting it each time.
Any advice would be grateful

Just tried it with no sonos, no difference in sound when surround is on z10. But when you turn surround off it drops really badly. No worries I'll have to look into it
