I have the Beta version of the Z12 Ultra. I had all my settings and rows set up. Today when I got home and logged in all my settings where gone. Did they do an update or have a problem with the program? I was able to reset everything without any problems. This is the first glitch I have seen since installing the Beta version!

I upgraded to the Beta version 4. I love the new graphics! It seems to load faster than version 3! The new AI search is a real winner! Great job with new upgrade!

I just deleted the Bluetooth setting. then did another search on bluetooth and the BT3 came up! then setup to my Vizio Tv. and the BT 3 is working GREAT! Love the new functions! Also Dolby vision and Dolby Atmos works perfectly on my TV! Hope this helps some one.

The Authors of the program. The script writers. Hope they do it quickly. I am temporarily using BT2 to get around. I doesn't have all the features!

The Bug in the system for the Formuler Z12 Ultra. The BT3 remote control will not set up. Someone found out it is a bug in the program when you upgrade from the BT2 to the new BT3. They said the script writers' are aware of the problem! The need to write new code into the system so you can setup the BT3. Until they do that you have to use the BT2 remote to get around!

Hope they do it quickly so we can use the capabilities of the new remote. Seems to only affect those who upgraded from BT2 to BT3.

Ok Guys lets get it corrected quickly!

When will the Patch be out to correct Bug in system? I upgraded from BT2 to BT3. The BT3 will not register on the intro page. Get it out soon! would like to use all the functions! I am temporarily using BT2 to get around.

If you are having trouble with your new remote control it is a bug in system! If you upgraded from Z11 thier is a bug that keeps us from logging in the new BT3. They are aware of the problem and getting a patch out to correct the problem for full function of the BT3. Meanwhile you can use your BT2 remote to get around. Other then the bug with remote the rest of the Z12 works great! Much faster than Z11 and the Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos works GREAT! You do need a tv that has dolby atmos and vision built in.

I had a Power failure and my BT1 remote control has lost connection. It works if you have it see the formuler Z11 Pro Max box. It will not set up IR TV control. what do I have to do to get full function of the control? Also the memory was lost when the battery went dead.
