when I upload subtitles for a movie or TV series, 1 out of 10 times it gets thrown out of the app 6 times? It's quite annoying

I have now also traded in my second z11 pro max, number 3 will arrive tomorrow

1/the first cannot record for more than 18 minutes..then the recording stopped

2/the second was super for 2 weeks

and then I could no longer watch a vod series and no longer watch a program back in time

and this while my Z8 on the same account can do it all

I have already factory reset it 3 times

I suspect the problem started after an update
