Still the same. The provider told me that even I have user and password, the device still sending MAC address, so it will not working. I tried to delete the mac from advanced settings of the portal, but it is not possible. I don’t have separate setting for XC API portal like on other apps. I just can choose user and pass.

Thanks, Sam. I deleted all, create new one, insert portal url, enabled Login required and put user name and password I get from the provider. Still the same - error 1004. Do I need to add something in advanced menu? In API User Agent or Player User Agent?

The message is auth. error or something. Yes, I’m updated to latest version, tried both wifi and ethernet, even tried with mobile internet from my phone hot spot. And as I said, all is working with STBemu and OTT Navigator, so is some problem with MOL3. Also, I tried with the provider with different MAC addresses like 00:1A:79:xx:xx

I just bought Formuler Z11 Pro MAX box and it is great, but my stalker portal doesn’t work with MOL3. With STBemu or OTT Navigator no problems at all. We tried to solve the issue with the provider, but no luck. I would like to use MOL3, so any advice how to do it will be appreciated.
