I've noticed that there is an app installed on my Formuler Z11 Pro Max that's called "Factory". The full name is com.changhong.factorymode...

There is nothing I can find on this Forum about this app and I was wondering if this app is pre-installed by default?

And what is does? It's fully Chinese...

Is there anybody who knows more about this app?

I have the same issue...

The strange thing is that when I add my second IPTV provider they both have a working EPG. But as soon as I disable the second provider my EPG stops working and says "no information"
