Good evening everyone.
I can no longer turn my volume up or down, only on or off with the function key of my BT remote. The remote's light glows orange when I press volume up or down. The Remote is set to the correct TV brand. When testing via the remote app, it works normally. I think this has been the case since I installed the update this afternoon. It always worked before.
I allready changed the surround setting on and off, that was no solution. Can you help me please? Thank you in advance!
Good afternoon! I have a problem with my BT remote control. My Formuler Z11 Pro Max is in a television cabinet behind a small wooden door. When the Formuler is in standby mode, the remote control works fine. However, if it is completely off I cannot turn it on with the BT Remote, if I open the door it works 😳 Can someone tell me why that is and what I can possibly do about it?
