on the Formuler S mini MyTv Online VOD section, it isnt playing videos even when i use an external player

Customers are complaining about the following:

1. WiFi keeps disconnecting
2. The launcher crashes once connected to the LAN Port.
3. I'm not sure why the VOD section is giving problems with playing movies.
4. Does the PIP mode on the remote work.
5. Is it possible to change the background and configure other features on the S Mini.
6. loading issues within the MOL app.
7. Delay with populating the epg guide quickly when pressed.

Good day, the launcher on the s mini is crashing and cannot turn off via the remote. Therefore I have to unplug the device

i will try and send my feed back. Does anything else need to be connected to the usb dvb t2 for me to get my free to air channels in my country ?

After testing the Formuler S mini and the USB DVB T2 Tuner, these are the problems I encountered:

1. There is no auto boot with the MyTV Online App
2. The USB DVB T2 Tuner is not picking up any Terrestrial Channels " how do you configure the Tuner"
3. On the remote the tv/ radio button isn't working
4. i am encountering buffering on the s mini and no buffering on the Z Prime.
5. Also, for companies that use your devices for output there IPTV, however , at the boot up i realize the start up shows formuler website etc...
6. I NEED SOME ASSISTANCE PLEASE
