1) im on Xcapi (not m3u)2) i asked my Provider about this, and asked him if its wrong in his panel or something. Because actually these are no VOD Channels, these are real normal live tv channel.
What can i else check?

If formuler site has it wrong or mistakenly put RTD1319C instead of RTD1619 i understand and that's a big improvement and totally worthy of 190 EUR. Other than that...

Very disappointing specs of the Z12 “ULTRA”. The same chipset CPU and GPU and internal memory need to process a heavier workload than on the Z11 Pro Max.

Formuler you write: Nutzerpreferenzen.
Its: Werkseinstellungen
and then: Auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen? JA - NEIN .

It's an issue with the box, not the app I'm not switching to another app, I bought it! The file plays fine in VLC
i do get better results with playback with kodi (audio & video)
the plex app ist not the best out there!
same on Apple TV - Infuse plays plex content better than plex itself.

4K - 50hz
most (all) EU Channels are 50HZ (50fps)when switching to US Channel then i should switch to 60FPS . what is correct. (and back to 50)
and of course movies / series are in 24HZ
i would NEVER watch one with 50 or 60..This is complete WRONG SETTING!

Hi,it should work without problems,once you set up your box completely,internet connection etc,just unplug your device from power for a minute,connect power again,start page /loading should start and your IR remote is ready for use
But how he can connect the standard IR remote? He cant pair it.
So he cant setup up the box because he is stuck at the first screen!

actually i wouldnt do that
it should come with the Z11 Pro Max. because you ordered the BT1 Version.
the seller should give it to you for free.
and just for your info: the BT1 remote is far superior than the normal one.

you got the IR Remote on the left side.
the right one - should be in your package.i hope im right - or the packaging changed over time - but the packaging on your screen looks like Z11 Pro Max BT1 Edition
