My Z11 Pro Max works fine for the TV channels, but recently I have been unable to watch any VOD or series. When I select an item it looks as though it is loading but then comes up with the message: “Error. Can’t play this video. Please try again later.” I have three separate providers and the same happens when I select from any of them. But the TV channels all work fine. What should I do, please? If I did a hard reset, I guess I would have to enter everything again to get set up.
