I have the same issue Z11 Pro Max. It has been going on for days. No VOD, but TV Series and Live TV work. System is up to date. I have restarted unit (multiple times), refreshed content (multiple times) and disabled VPN. Everything works perfectly on another system. Logs have been sent (tracking number 00000018964CD). Please help!
