Sometimes a link needs to be adjusted in the content sources. Problems with the IPTV provider.
They then send an email with the new URL. I adjust the new URL but have to re-enter everything every time.
It is a very long list. The backup and restore does not help because then it takes over the old URL.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

Reset is in the bottom of the IR hole and you need something wider than a pin. I even had problems trying to use a paper clip.
I have Surfshark working on a couple of Z10 (MOL2) boxes. So not a MOL2 problem.
Have you tried using an external player like MX or VLC?
Hello, since the last update of the z11. I have sound lag. With or without the surround sound option. Is it possible to go back to an older version?

It is the most annoying feature I have ever seen.
I always set my off buttons to 'power off'.
Tried many times holding power button and selecting power off, then even tried selecting restart.
I have been working on this for two days.
Must have factory reset 8 or 10 times.
After the initial set up it always stays in 'standby'
Seems to go into Standby.
After starting Z11, when clicking on MTVOL3 the logo appears then it buffers (blue circle) for a few second then last channel starts. It does not do the progress screen.
1. Left unplugged many times for minutes, even overnight.
2. Tried different HDMI, ethernet cable, power supply and TV (also removed SD card) With and without VPN.
3. Reset the Z11 numerous times.
First time tried loading from backup.
Reset again then tried letting Z11 update and setting everything from scratch.
Reset again then tried installing MTVOL 3 from the Market place.
This all started when I kept getting black screens on all live tv channels, so I tried restarting the Z11 and it would not reconnect.
Best is to ask your family and friends for recommendations.
Not sure. Haven't used it in years.

Are you on XCApi or Mac?
PIP will not work on Mac.
And subscription has to have two connections.
Does your provider have different URLs you can try?
I thought PIP worked for only for Boxes Z 11 or higher, He is talking about the Z 10.
PIP works on Z10
I had this happen a few years ago and it was the provider locking my sub to one box.
Check with your provider and/or switched to a provider that allowed two lines.
Have you tried a program like TSSpliter to join the files as one?

Don't know if this thread is still active but I have a request.
Some way to lock or hide portal information so users can't alter or delete or even be able to view portal URL would be great. From a security point of view. Maybe some kind of administrator option where I can hide such information when I want on certain boxes.
Perhaps a panel where portal can be set by using a setup code like some other apps can be done. Without having to give out "sensitive" information.
This would be a great addition.

But with Z10 it is Menu, Settings, Parental Options, Menu Lock
This lock the settings and connections.
Try proton vpn it's free.
Bell and even Rogers do this every once in a while. People using a vpn never have this problem even with Canada set as the country.
Like Henkie said set up channels in favorite, Then go to 'connections' 'portal' 'edit' and turn on 'Group channel numbering' and 'update'
All of the channel groups categories will start with number one, so unless she has more than 100 favorites they will be numbered from 1 to 99
It's will also easier for her to remember a two digit channel number.

The origin server refused connections from Cloudflare. Security solutions at the origin may be blocking legitimate connections from certain Cloudflare IP addresses.
I keep reading claims about ISP blocking especially during sporting events. Only experienced this once a last year.
But should check with your IPTV provider.
If your series and vod work but not live tv then it is a provider's problem.
Sounds like those channels are not in HD.
Some older movies are only in SD (not 16:9)
Catchup works here with the Z10SE recent update.
Just watched a catchup movie yesterday.
The problem is with your iptv provider.
The providers your TV is using (Tubi, Pluto, Netflix,......) are working flawless BUT the provider your Z11 is using is different.
Whenever I get buffering it is always my provider is having problems.
I don't have AT&T, so can't try it.......... but found this posted on another site

stopped about 10 minutes short.
My Z10 with a USB drive and Z10 Pro with a micro ssd have the exact same problems.
I've tested a couple of thumb drives, tried formatted as fat32 and ntfs, tried formatting from Windows and rufus and from the Z10 box.
Same with both of my boxes.
A one hour recording might only play 30 to 40 minutes.
Sometimes only a minute or two.
Tried recording on a live show and scheduling a show later in the day.
Tried leaving the Z10 on and on standby.
Same with both of my boxes.
Also please let me know if you see any error messages during the recording, and let me know how frequently the issue occurs.
Have not notice error messages. Just the one reminder about 10 minutes before the start.
After about 30 or 40 tries I have about 12 good recordings.
Fat32 formatted with PC seems slightly better.
And On seems slightly better than Standby.
Also I have watched the red dot flash at the top of the TV during recordings BUT still no recording.
It also always goes back to default (on MOL2). Will not stay at newly added.
Yes that menu lock stops a "Factory Reset" from outside the Mol2 app.
And when you turn on the menu lock you have the option of setting a different 4 digit password than the parental lock.

But it is not secure and can be bypassed.
If the Z10 does not connect to the network on boot up, it will bring you to the Connections portal without the menu lock.
I had the same problem on a Z10 pro last week.
Changed the HDMI cable and it is okay now.

You must have Timeshift turned on since you are seeing the scroll bar.
Have you set Timeshift storage location?
After a pause
'go to beginning' takes me back to when I started watching that channel
'Fast rewind' goes back in segments (each push of the button)
play/pause continues in live time
Do you have playback turned on?
Hit the 'pause'
Then after your break it requires from the scroll bar using the 'back arrows' first.
