I have a Z10 and in the last month I haven't been able to watch any TV shows on the VOD, Movies will still load up, however all TV shows will show an error. I tried to research but it appears no one has had this issue. My service provider told me this "You need to go into your router settings and turn off filter/block settings. Telus updated their firmware and by default have turned on filtering" I checked into this and my filter/ block setting was still disabled, I seem to get ignorant comments from the service provider with no solution yet. I have cleared caches rebooted. Should I uninstal the audio optimizer? Can anyone out there help me?
