Please open Ticket on formuler support site and proceed your log file from box and detailed description from used two connections at same time. If possible with screenshots. Only devs. can check this through log file.

Yes, it's a multiple line account. I tried it with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and even 10 connections.

where do you see that your box use at same time two connections?
Within my reseller panel and the account info area in Smarters.
**Even when its set to use an external player the 2nd phantom connection still comes around. User Agent Lavf/56.41.101 seems to be the culprit at any given time. -
MYTVOnline 3 double VOD connection issue.
Got the Z Mini and for the most part everything is going well. Quite different from fire sticks and the shield for sure.
Anyhow, I've loaded my provider info into mytvonline3 and everything loads fine. Live channels play as they should. VOD/Series do play as well BUT they show up as my account using two connections for each movie or episode. Backing out of the player only closes one of those connections and the 'phantom' connection stays running until I force-close mytvo3.
I went ahead and installed a smarters variant as well as another player just to see if this was an issue with the provider on this hardware but they didn't have the 'phantom' connection problem.
Is there something that I can adjust to correct this issue or is this something that will require an update on the mytvo3 side?
