I installed my Z11 Pro Max on Saturday and on some live channels (not all) i had zero sound.

I cannot recall exactly what I did but i think I went to settings in the main menu and located the "sound" and it said that it needed the latest CODEC and i downloaded it from the app that it suggested which is in the Market Place.

And i just updated to the latest CODEC and then all was good it rectified my issue.

Apologies I cannot recal exactly the steps I made.....but same issue as you. Plerhaps Formuler will look at this in its next update.

Hi all, My newly ordered upgrade from the Z8 to a Z11 Pro Max arrives in a few days and I will be setting it up.

Any advice, other than connectiong to my provider through a portal etc, that I need to set up?

1/ I am assuming "MOL3" is same as "MyTVonline3" ?

2/ Currently my Z8 refreshes content if \i switch the box off then on again - does the same happen with the Z11 Pro Max (just ordered) or only if you hit the "refresh" in the menu?

MTOL3 has an automatic content refresher, I personally do not see what people mean that it doesn’t work.

For me it does work and has worked since the start.

Content refresher automatically refreshed content for me at the time I set which is 11:00am

If I turn on my box at 11:15 as an example the box powers on and then when loading MTOL3 it takes a little extra time but once loaded it notifies me content refresh complete, so it does work.

However; it only does that from the time set. Maybe in the future it could do it at more intervals.

If the user wants to manually refresh, that too is an option however there’s several more steps to do this which is long winded but I expect it’s because the auto refresh feature is present so the manual refresh is kept out of the way or so to speak.

There is an afterthought with this process because many users experience multiple content updates each day from providers so I guess three options for Formuler to consider:

1) Manual refresh in same location as MTOL2

2) More time intervals for automatic update

3) Both the above.

But overall the auto refresh and manual refresh are
