With rufus tools, (formating in ntfs), now backup goes to sd card 👌
I follow this tutorial : How to format Micro SD card, USB flash drive, pen drive, hard drive or SSD for use with Z and S Boxes.

I have update mytvonline3 with last beta.
Before the update I use for backups one mini SD card and after update for beta version dont let do backup in the mini SD card, appears one message - storage empty . But if I insert one pen drive let me do backup.

I have update mytvonline 3 for last version beta with 1339. I have inside the box one micro SD to do backup but now doesn't let to do backup, when I try to do backup give me message 'empty' . But before the update I have used micro SD to backups.
Now I have to use a USB to backup.

Maybe the app you try to install is to old, incompatible or need higher Android OS. Please check specs from the developer site.
App send to TV ? Before She works good before now start crash. I have other box fórmuler z11 pro edition and the app does not crash.
