  • Issues with My Formuler Z8 - Need Help!

    Hi everybody,

    I am encountering a few issues with my Formuler Z8 and was expecting to get some advice. Recently, my device has been freezing frequently, especially while streaming live TV. I've tried reboaoting it several times, but the problem persists. Additionally, the EPG isn't loading correctly and I am unable to see any program schedules.

    I've make sured that my internet connection is stable and even reset my router, but it hasn't helped. The software is up to date, as I performed a factory reset last week.

    Has any other individual experienced this issue ? Are there a particular settings I should check or changes I can make to improve performance ? I already went through this thread: https://www.formuler-support.tv/forum/thread/7060-formuler-z8-ethernet-problems-react-native but couldn't get the solution of my problem.

    Any assistance or ideas would be incredibly valuable.

    Hello Community,

    I am eager to join the Formuler Support discussion and explore all that it brings to the community. I am generally new to the universe of Formuler devices and am anxious to get more familiar with how to get the best out of them. It seems like a great place to learn, ask questions, and find answers.

    I do have a couple of questions I might want to find support with and I'm wondering where the best spot to ask them is. Any tips on the most proficient method to explore the forum and make the most out of it would be enormously valuable.
