    Sorry, don't understand "Use google or so for another tv provider." Could you go into a bit more detail. I believe I've tried everything I could think of. Very limited techy knowledge. When you say "provider down or maintenance," are you referring to my ISP?

    I have a Z10 PRO MAX and has been fine for the little over a year that I've had it. MYTVONLINE 2 now shows the following screen:

    Error Please check your internet connection, Portal URL, User ID, and Password Code: 7

    Checked all connections, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still nothing. Any answers?
