you are behind a firewall mostly if you using the router provided by your ISP... you can fix that by going in network/WiFi settings then under Advance options under Private DNS Server settings and select google or cloufare as your DNS server or set to automatic to resolve this issue or
simply run VPN on your formuler or your router
