Thanks but where is that adjustment

Getting quite a bit of buffering on various channels with two different providers doesn’t seem to be a problem on my fire stick

I do that but on alternate it only shows clear epg not the update and clear and update

Would I need to change the forward slash in url or MAC address

When I switch it and then click on epg the only message I see is clear epg

Do I need to do that at the same time I remove the forward slash and then update

The url has a forward slash at the end I tried removing it but I had nothing and had to put it back

I did the basic set up but the provider entered the rest I gave them the numbers of the box and they entered the rest

It’s a Mac connection then

Got that but where do I need to look is it in macid or I’d or where not seeing and hidden items with that kind of information

When i switch from default to alternate accounts on the epg i only have one option and that is to clear data no update

No epg period on the one provider and about 50 percent on the other one which had none yesterday

It was working fine seems to be a problem since the last update

I have 2 providers and no epg on either today
