My ethernet will not recognize my cable also I keep getting a wifi is not connected popping up on screen but wifi is connected I have tried different cables and ethernet still will not work

I have formuler 11 pro max since the last update my ethernet does not work wifi off shows connected but no internet even with no vpn on then I get a message no internet on ethernet but still shows connected and ip address I do get internet through the cable as I tried other items and ethernet works
