Hello everyone, I installed the latest update and now when I play certain UHD videos, my Formuler Z12 Ultra freezes. The LED on the box stays white, but it's as if I had unplugged my HDMI cable. I have to unplug and replug the power cord.

Hello, I haven’t had any restarts since my last message but a new problem occurred. Three days ago, when I was about to go to sleep, I turned off the TV using the TV remote, and when I tried to turn off the Z12 with its remote, nothing happened. I turned the TV back on, but it was as if I had unplugged the HDMI cable from the Z12. I had to unplug the power to return to normal operation.
Today, with the Z12 turned off, I tried to turn it on with the remote, but nothing worked again. Similarly, I had to unplug and plug the power back in to restore normal operation. -
Fastpeter25 I am in France and I have nothing connected to the Z12. I have HDMI, and I am connected via Ethernet cable.

Hello, I have the same problem with my Z12 Ultra, which restarts from time to time! Have you found a solution? I had the Z10 and then the Z11 and never had any problems.
