We are having the same issues. All worked fine, then suddenly Feb 4th, nothing works on the Myonlinetv3 - all other apps on the formuler box work fine - and we have not idea who the service provider is actually or if myonlinetv is just the app, or actually the service provider. we have tried and tired to reach the person that set up the boxes for us, but have on way to reach them nor any idea who actually delivers the streaming to our device.
We have installed the Tivimate as well to see if its working but it also says to contact service provider but we dont know who that is.
