I keep getting the backup failed message. The backup seems to begin and get to 25% then I get the message every time. I’m trying to backup from on box and restore to another. Does it matter that they are with different internet providers.

My problem is I get the backup failed message every time. I don’t have network storage but I have two boxes I would love to backup my main one and restore it to my cottage box. Can’t seem to get it to work.
