My issue is I have just come back from holiday and my z11 pro max is booting into android recovery. Saying data might be corrupted

I only have 2 options try again or factory reset.

My remote is not working and the app I use on my phone won't connect presumably as the box isn't getting as far as WiFi

I cannot move between options so I am stuck

The box is relatively new so I don't want to have to replace.

Can anybody help me please?
