I did the update and cleared cache and data and it did not fix the problem.

I read that but it didn't really help me. If I can't see the info anywhere I'll just not watch those series and find a different box.
I'm really new to all this. How do I find that?
That did not work. As soon as I click on Choose Episode it says Failed to Load VOD Data
I have a Z10 with MyTVOnline 2 and there are certain series that give a Failed to load VOD data. I'm rather new to all this and am unsure what to do.
