I think the firmware might be completely corrupted.Could you please send me a private download link for the USB factory reset or recovery file for the Formuler Z10 (non-Pro / non-Max)?
I really need to reinstall the firmware because the box powers on (white LED) but shows no HDMI output at all.Thank you so much for your help 🙏

I have a Formuler Z10 (model CBZ10BE223A09103) and I’m getting “No Signal” on my TV, even though the white LED on the device is ON.
I’ve already tried the following steps:
– Changed HDMI cables and HDMI ports
– Tested on different TVs
– Unplugged power for a few minutes and replugged
– Held the reset button (with a pin) while reconnecting power
– Tried to force HDMI resolution with the remoteUnfortunately, I still have no image at all. The LED stays white, but there is no signal detected on any HDMI input.
I believe the firmware might be corrupted, but I can’t find any active download link for the Z10 firmware or the USB factory reset tool.
Could someone from the support team please send me the official recovery file or firmware (.zip) for the Formuler Z10 (not Pro / not Max) so I can reinstall the system via USB?
