Yes, tried the options listed above but nothing has worked

I am having the same issue with my Formuler Z10. I tried the same IPTV service on my old Formuler Z7 and all the channels work there. I have also tried different apps and they all work, so the issue seems to be related to the Z10 in my case.
Is there any way to fix this?
