Hi when I try to connect to my url portal and I get an error message messages and I did reach out to the provider and they say everything is good but u still can’t access it and I try to go on u tube and that won’t work either none of my apps work what would cause this The content cannot be displayed because it is no longer available.

I contact the provider they said there are no issues on there end but something happened and I don't have any of my apps either like marketplace and Google apps store
