Dear Sir/Madam,
After a factory reset, the Netflix app is missing. How can I get it back? The app is missing from the Play Store, and the app is marked as incompatible.

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you very much for your reply, but I can't find this option in settings. Here are the options I have in settings: -Set your device name -Network and internet -Accounts and sign-in -Apps -Device Preferences -Remote and accessories In device preferences, I do have: At the end of the menu, there's a Factory reset option, but when I select it, it asks me for a code. I don't know what it is, probably 0000, or what happens immediately after entering it. I've already done a factory reset and lost all my installations and configuration. I can't even find the Netflix app in the Google Play store anymore. Maybe I'm missing something.

Go to Settings > Storage & Reset on your Z11.
If a block is installed, you will see an option to "Check for configuration update".
Highlight the configuration line, then press the 0 (zero) button 10 times on your remote. This will perform a factory reset and remove the block. -
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a Formuler Z11 Pro Max, and my old provider apparently no longer exists, and I can no longer reach it. They have blocked the creation of portals. I've already performed a hardware reset to factory settings, but I still can't create a new portal. What should I do?
