I searched and found out it was my remote lost that lost it jube jube. I repaired it and redid the wi fi. Poof away it went.

I have got the same issue. I unplug z mini and plug back in. It goes thru the motions and gets to myonlinetv 3 and then pick a station I was on and then stops dead in the water, remote will not take it home the remote does not work. I am lost and new at this. Suggestions Please.
I went to see about factory resetting my z mini but I am unable to find reset instruction on this model. Are there similar models and if if I am unable to use remote how do I reset. Sometimes I am technically challenged. Hope this is not one of them.
