Hi - I have read multiple threads about 1010 and 405 errors, but I haven't found anything that I can try, so I thought I would give it another go. So apologies, but I am incredibly confused!
So I have a FireTV in my work/office, which connects over wifi to a travel router which uses a 5G LTE Sim and I am able to connect my services to Smarters TV (probably an old version) and it streams fine.
At home, I have a Formuler Z11 Pro Max running MyTV3 which was running the service fine upto about a month ago. I then got an 1010 error when it was trying to log in, the service provider then changed the passwords on the services and now I can log in and get the channel lists but I am getting a 405 error when I try and stream any channel.
I have tried to change DNS on the formuler, I have factory reset it, I've tried using TiviMate and a version of smarters (as as that works on the other Fire TV in work/office) but all of them give me a 405 error. I have tried to hotspot from my phone (as that would be the same internet connection as the one in work/office), but that still doesn't resolve it. I have set up another FireTV in the house with Smarters and THAT won't stream either over the local connection or the phone hotspot - which should be as close as I can get to replicating the behaviour in the office. On the phone I have Tailscale which has a few exit nodes in different countries so effectively a vpn and that doesn't seem to affect it. I put in a Nord VPN route on the router in the house to try and take out the local ISP issue if there was one but I get the same return.
There isn't anything I can think of that changed that started all this. It was the streams going down, the new passwords being created and then I start to get this behaviour. The thing that is bugging me is why the service works in the office over 5G LTE.
If anyone has any advice as to what to check next, it would be greatly appreciated.
